Beeswax candle kit
This kit contains 12 beeswax sheets, instructions and enough pure cotton square braid wick to make 12 or 24 birthday candles.

These are the simplest candles to make.
Lay the wick along the edge to become the inside. Press the wax over the wick firmly, to make a good contact. Repeat the turn twice more. Now the candle is ready to roll. Make sure it is rolled firmly and with a straight edge. If you make a mistake, simply unroll the candle and start again. You can make double the amount of birthday candles by simply leaving enough wick stick out on either side of the candle and cut it in half.
 
A little secret
So as not to have part of the birthday candle disappear into the cake, simply insert a toothpick at the base of the candle before adding it to the cake. Good luck and happy rolling.
