Postage: How does my product reach me?
We use trackable Australia Post with standard shipping. Delivery within Australia typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive after dispatch. International deliveries are possible, and delivery times will vary from approximately 10-30 business days depending on your location.
Return Policy
Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you change your mind after purchasing.
Shipping Damage
Whilst we take great care in packing all our handmade candles, accidents in transit can happen. If you find that the goods are damaged on arrival, please take photos. You will then need to take the damaged parcel/goods to your post office and they will assess the damage and may issue you with compensation for poor handling as the registered parcels include Australia Post’s insurance. If Australia Post will not cover your loss/the damage please contact us. No refunds will be issued by Luxmi Beeswax Candles & Gifts, but replacement products may be sent. We will assess each breakage on a case-by-case basis.
